What happens when your plan seems to be failing, unfolding slowly or not coming to fruition at all? Sometimes we need to take a break from what is normal and learn to look within. Introspection can be a difficult task especially if you are just beginning your journey of enlightenment, but it is oh so necessary.

As I have shared with my readers previously one of my goals is that I enjoy living while I wait. Are you frustrated in your wait and therefore not enjoying life?

Through 15 – 20 minutes of daily quiet solitude and focus I am learning to rummage through my mind in search of deeper understanding. I am getting clarity in my thoughts that months before was harder for me to explore. At times there can be lack of focus from random thinking.

Life doesn’t always happen the way you desire. Truth be told, at times when we get what we thought we wanted it does not even give us the look and feel that we anticipated. So, what are we to do? Have a plan, but allow the supreme being, our divine orchestrator to do His perfect will. Trust that His will for you is good.

For the Lord God is a sun and shield.

He gives us grace and glory.

The Lord will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right.

(Psalm 84:11. NLT)

My desire is to faithfully walk with a divine presence that means me no harm. Trusting that the twist and the turns, the bumps and the bruises are His plan, which is better than my limited view and plan that I can ever develop.
